 Description

Villa 'Montana Vista' is located at Parcela 12B on the Urbanisation Tossal Gros, near the towns of Oliva and La Font D'en Carros in the Communidad Valenciana in Spain.

The villa was built in 2003/4 so it is a modern villa designed for holiday living in both winter and summer.
It has a living room with dining area, separate kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and one single bedroom with sun terraces and a 8m x 4m swimming pool. All bedrooms have persianas (blinds) and wardrobes.
All the double bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The single/double bedroom is in the top of the house and whilst it has a large floor fan.
The master bedroom (on the lower ground floor level) has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other double bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, share a bathroom with walk-in shower on the main house level.
The master bedroom is reached via the metal spiral staircase that runs through the house.
Up from the main floor is the single bedroom and a sun terrace which is very private and is not directly overlooked. It has a table, chairs and sun loungers as well as facilities for drying clothes.
The kitchen is all electric with ceramic hob with four rings and turbo oven. Also provided is a fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a washing machine that takes about 75-90 minutes to do a full cycle. We will sell with the house all furniture, bedding and towels as well as crockery, cutlery and many small items. 
There is a water heater in the corner cupboard of the kitchen. It allows for two or three showers at one time. There is a TV with digital terrestial (all Spainish stations) and satellite receiver that can pick up stations on the Astra 2A/B/G and Hotbird satellites, e.g. SKYNews, BBC World News, CNN.

In the summer there is a temptation to use the air conditioners (A/C). These are very expensive to run. We find that if you have the ceiling fans on in the day and evening then the air flow makes all but the hottest day (45C) seem cooler. In the
winter the log burner effectively heats the whole main house level.  

The whole house is also heated by oil-fired central heating but the air conditioners will also heat/cool the house.


There is also a gas BBQ on the main terrace, if the gas runs out please tell us. This terrace is directly off the living room and one of the double bedrooms. It overlooks the swimming pool and a small little used 'Spanish' park. Spanish parks frequently do not have flowers but are areas cleared of scrub and grass so that they are sandy based with trees and some picnic tables.

The swimming pool is reached from the front of the villa via a set of outside stairs to the lower level of the property. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs down at the pool.
The pool is 2.0 metres deep at the deepest end and about 1.2 metres deep at the shallow end.

There is a converted underbuild currently used as a hobby area which could be converted into 2 bedrooms, sitting/dining room, shower bathroom, and kitchen.  All that is required is for the kitchen to be fitted out.  The sitting room and bedrooms are currently used for various hobbies.  The bathroom has a walk in shower.  Full electricity installtion has been made and there are windows in all rooms except the kitchen.

At pool level there is a pool room for sun loungers, pool cleaning equipment and a very large workshop where the central heating boiler is located.  There is a toilet and wash hand basin in this area.

The garden space has been gravelled around the plants and bushes for easy maintenance.


If you want you can park in the main road or in the private slip road directly outside the house.


There is a restaurant about 50 metres down the road. It used to be open every day from 12:30-4:00 and 7:00 until 11:30 everyday, except Wednesdays, but the current owner has closed it when he retired.
